How are our tech support services different?

Our tech support services are designed for non-digital natives. What does this mean? Our process includes the client as much as possible, at their level, at their pace. We focus on explaining tech issues in easy-to-understand terms, allowing clients time to practice new skills with us there, allowing clients to take notes on their new skills, and offering documentation on difficult to remember functionality.
